Determination of IFN-γ and IL-4 transcripts in the lungs and lymph nodes of 4-month-old MRL/lpr, MRL/+, and B6 mice. Whole RNA was isolated from lung and lymph node tissues; transcribed mRNA was amplified by RT-PCR. Representative expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 transcripts in the lungs (a) and lymph nodes (b); GAPDH primers were used as an internal control. Data are representative of three independent experiments.
