Table 1 Up-regulated genes in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) stimulated with protein I/II. Confluent RA FLSs were stimulated with protein I/II for 4 hours or left untreated as controls. Total RNA was isolated, reverse-transcribed into 32P-labeled cDNA, and hybridized to Atlas human cancer cDNA expression arrays. The values are expression ratios (protein I/II/ control).
