Differences between mass spectra of sera before and after MRA treatment for SJIA. Sera were taken before and after treatment with MRA from patients for whom conventional therapy had failed. The high significance of these differences suggests a profile predictive of response to conventional therapy. The values represent mean intensities. The P values of these univariate comparisons are given in Table 2. Error bars represent standard deviations. MRA, humanized anti-IL-6 receptor monoclonal antibody; SJIA, systemic-onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
