IL-1β and IL-2 expression from LN cells. IL-1β and IL-2 expression was increased in LN cell supernatants isolated from collagen-immunized E/P-selectin mutant mice compared with immunized wild-type mice. Pre-onset, post-onset, and chronic arthritis time points were combined. LN supernatants were stimulated with 5 μg/ml chick II collagen.
