In CD14+ cells, the percentage of CD147 positive staining cells was 98.53 ± 2.09%. (b) Expression of CD147 on CD14+ cells of peripheral blood in RA and normal control group. The black line shows the isotype control, the red and green lines shows anti-CD147 antibody staining in the normal control and the RA group, respectively. The mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of CD147 expression on CD14+ cells was higher in the RA than in the normal control group.
