Variation in frequency of HLA-DRB1*0401 by disease phenotype in RA. HLA-DRB1*0401 was significantly more frequent in patients with Felty's syndrome (P = 0.003) than in non-extra-articular rheumatoid arthritis (RA) controls, but patients with other manifestations did not differ significantly from controls.
