Detection of Texas Red-labelled STAT-1 consensus decoy oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) after intra-articular administration. (a) Mice were sacrificed 1 h post injection. Internalisation of the labelled STAT-1 decoy ODN as judged by laser scanning microscopy was observed in the synovium region. Untreated control knees did not show any fluorescence signal (not shown).
