Wild-type (WT) and p21(-/-) fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) exhibit no differences in migration when basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) is used as the chemoattractant. Migratory differences between WT and p21(-/-) FLS were assessed using various concentrations of bFGF as the chemoattractant. Cell counts are expressed as fold-increase over background migration to PBS (negative control). Results are representative of seven independent assays. KO, knockout.
