Effect of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) on B cell MHC class II expression. (a) Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) mice were treated as described in Figure 1. At 2 weeks after GVHD induction, spleens were removed and the mean fluorescence intensity of MHC class II (I-Ab) expression on B220+ cells determined.
