Kinetics for the upregulation of CD59 by atorvastatin. Endothelial cells were treated with atorvastatin (0.5 μM) for up to 72 hours in hypoxic conditions (1% O2) prior to flow-cytometric analysis of CD59 expression using the mAb BRIC 229.
