Coculture with stimulated rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts doubles the functional lifespan of peripheral blood neutrophils. (a) Peripheral blood neutrophils were cocultured with untreated rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts (RASF) (open squares) or with RASF stimulated with IL-17 and TNFα (RASFIL-17/TNF) (closed squares), and their survival was assessed every 24 hours by flow cytometry. ***P < 0.001.
