Titres of anti-mouse glucose-6-phosphate isomerase (GPI) antibodies were elevated in mice with arthritis. (a) Sera were taken on day 14 from mice immunised with recombinant human (rh) GPI, hGPI325–339, hGPI544–558 or hGPI325–339 plus hGPI544–558, and the titres of anti-human GPI antibodies and anti-mouse GPI antibodies were analysed by ELISA.
