The anchor motif of I-Aq would exist at P1, P4 and P7, therefore we predicted the binding motif from amino acid sequences of I-Aq restricted epitopes on murine RNase90–105, myelin basic protein89–101, chicken type II collagen181–209, rat type II collagen256–270, bovine type II collagen256–270 and mouse type II collagen.
