Values are presented as box-and-whisker plots, in which each box represents the interquartile range, the line within the box represents the median, the whiskers represent 10th to 90th percentiles of the titres, and the circles represent the range from the smallest to the largest value. The nonparametric Wilcoxon signed rank test was used for paired comparisons of changes in anti-CCP and anti-MCV titres. CCP, cyclic citrullinated peptide; MCV, mutated citrullinated vimentin.
