Lipoxygenase enzymes in rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis synovial tissue. 5-Lipoxygenase (5-LO) and 15-LO-1 enzymes are present in both rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA) synovial tissue.
