Serum concentrations of soluble Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte Antigen- 4 (sCTLA-4) in patients with spondylarthropathies (SpA, n = 165), with rheumatoid arthritis (RA, n = 71) and healthy controls (HC, n = 88).
