Expression of Toll-like receptors TLR7 and TLR9 in IFNAR2^-/- B cells. (a) B cells were purified from wild-type (WT) or IFNAR2^-/- mice using magnetic beads. RNA was extracted and the relative mRNA expression of TLR7 and TLR9 was measured. (b) Purified B cells were cultured in the presence or absence of interferon-alpha (IFN-α). RNA was extracted and the relative expression TLR7 and TLR9 was measured. P values were determined using the Student ttest.
