Spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk)-mediated signal transduction in platelets. Signal transduction pathways are mediated through αIIbβ3 integrin/FcγRIIA, CLEC-2, and GPVI/FcRγ. GPVI and αIIbβ3 use ITAM, whereas CLEC2 uses atypical ITAM. These three pathways of Syk activation result in platelet activation through SLP76 and PLCγ2.
