  1. Hypertension was defined as: systolic blood pressure > 140 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg or use of antihypertensive drugs. Dyslipidemia was defined as: total cholesterol > 6.2 mmol/l, low density lipoprotein > 3.2 mmol/L, triglycerides > 2.26 mmol/L or use of lipid lowering drugs. All data are represented as median with range.
