  2. CRP and leukocyte data were available for 14 and 10 patients in the OA and RA group respectively. ESR data were available for 7 patients in OA group and 10 patients in the RA group. *Spontaneous differentiation was defined as 10 or more myotubes with more than 2 nuclei in a 100 mm culture dish. #Sufficient biopsy quality was defined as no spontaneous differentiation and myogenic purity higher than 75% after CD56 cell selection.
