  1. As described in Materials and methods, synovial tissue biopsies were obtained from patients with spondyloarthritis (SpA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) (Cohort 1). Monocytes were isolated from peripheral blood of SpA and RA patients (Cohort 2). Except when indicated otherwise, values are expressed as the median (interquartile range).
