  1. Target antigen list of a select group of autoantibodies that were detected either at similar levels or with at least a 45% difference between synovial fluid (SF) and plasma (PL). The majority of the differentially expressed antibodies are raised in plasma; for example, apolipoprotein AII and cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) [Uniprot:P02652, Uniprot:P49747]. Only actinin alpha I targeted antibodies were detected at higher levels in SF within the 45% difference threshold [Uniprot:A1L0V1]. Six proteins to which mean antibody levels remained static between fluids have also been listed for comparison.
