Effect of LiCl treatment on phospho-β-catenin protein levels. Phospho-β-catenin protein levels in normal and osteoarthritic chondrocytes after treatment with 20 mM LiCl for 48 hours. The results showed that phospho-β-catenin protein levels were significantly decreased in LiCl-treated normal and osteoarthritic chondrocytes compared with untreated. The results were normalized by using anti-β-actin polyclonal antibody.
