The results, normalized with glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase mRNA levels, represent the mean ± standard deviation of triplicate determinations. (b) Adiponectin mRNA levels in systemic sclerosis skin biopsies. The data were extracted from published genome-wide expression microarray datasets [16].
