Collagen diseases included systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), Sjögren syndrome (SS), polymyositis (PM), dermatomyositis (DM), systemic sclerosis (SSc), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), polyarteritis nodosa (PN), Churg-Strauss syndrome (CSS), microscopic polyangiitis (MPA), granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), and Takayasu arteritis (TA).
