Measurement of stimulated saliva flow rates (SFRs). One week prior to treatment, saliva was collected and measured to determine the baseline SFRs. SFRs for each time point (8, 12, 16, and 20 post-gene delivery periods) were normalized against the baseline SFRs indicated as zero (0) post-gene delivery periods.
