Kruskal-Wallis test P values above the plots show that the module eigengenes of all four modules - Magenta (576 genes), Brown (2,502 genes), Grey60 (216 genes), and Light-Cyan (349 genes) - are significantly overexpressed in pSS patients compared with both non-pSS sicca patients and controls.
