  1. A representative area between 1,000 and 10,000 cells depending on the specimen was defined. In the representative areas, positive cells for PR-3 mRNA were scored in a semiquantitative fashion: -, no positive cells; (+), < 5% of cells positive; +, between 5% and 30% of cells positive; ++, between 30 and 60% of cells positive; +++, > 60% of cells positive.
