Effect of Link N on proteoglycan deposition by mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in serum-free medium. (A) Alcian blue staining of proteoglycan in extracellular matrix after MSCs were cultured in serum-free medium devoid of TGF-β (control), serum-free medium with 1 μg/ml Link N, and serum-free medium with 10 ng/ml TGF-β3 for 21 days.
