Multi-colour immunofluorescence of CD148, CD68, CD11c, CD3, CD90 and von Willebrand factor in human rheumatoid arthritis joints. Frozen sections of human RA joints were stained as described in Materials and methods. Four-colour immunofluorescence was performed with CD148 plus CD3/CD11c/vWF (panels A-D) or CD148 plus CD68/CD90/vWF (panels E-G). Panel H is a control with no primary antibody.
