  1. Cytokines were measured in the supernatant of Mo and MoDC cultures. Concentrations were measured in the absence of stimulation (control) and after activation with LPS + IFN-γ with or without prior incubation with dendrimer ABP. Results are from 12 (Mo) and 11 (MoDC) blood donors, respectively. ABP, aza-bis-phosphonate; IFN-γ, interferon-gamma; IL, interleukin; IQR, interquartile range; LPS, lipopolysaccharide; Mo, monocytes; MoDC, monocyte derived dendritic cells.
