Data presented as beta coefficient (95% confidence interval). Values are the change in bone marrow lesion size (cm²) per unit change in covariates. All factors are from visit two, except for radiographic osteoarthritis that was collected at visit one. Strenuous and light activity were assessed on a five-point scale: 1 = no days, 2 = 1 or 2 days, 3 = 3 to 5 days, 4 = 6 to 8 days and 5 = 9 days or more.
