Western blot analysis of synovial fluid of rabbits with antigen-induced arthritis. Affinity-purified rabbit antisera raised against recombinant mactinin was used to detect the immunizing protein in the amounts shown in the first four lanes and mactinin from arthritic joint fluid in lane A. Control joint fluid is shown in lane B.
