Effects of CCL25 on human peripheral blood monocytes. (A) CCR9 expression on peripheral blood CD14+ monocytes was analyzed with flow cytometry. (B) Monocytes were cultured for 24 hours with various concentrations of CCL25. Concentrations of IL-6 (i) and TNF-α (ii) in the culture supernatant were measured with ELISA.
