Migration assay of TASMC with NGF and BDNF. Migration assays were performed with TASMCs from GCA patients (n = 6) and controls (n = 6) incubated in the upper chamber with serum-free DMEM during 48 h whereas NGF (10 ng/mL), BDNF (200 ng/mL), PDGF (40 ng/mL) or 10% FCS were added in the lower chamber during 24 h. Top: representative images of the lower chamber after migration and fluorescent staining. Bottom: data analysis obtained from two independent assays performed with cells seeded in duplicate for each cell line.
