TNF-R1 expression in cell lines. Confocal microscopy analysis of anti-TNF-R1 (green) immunofluorescent staining. HEK-293 cells transfected with wild-type (WT) or mutant TNFRSF1A remained unstimulated or they were stimulated with 60 ng/mL TNF. Panel A (without TNF) and A1 (with TNF) are WT TNFRSF1A HEK-293. Panel B (without TNF) and B1 (with TNF) are S59P TNFRSF1A HEK-293. Panel C (without TNF) and C1 (with TNF) are R92Q TNFRSF1A HEK-293. Panel D (without TNF) and D1 (with TNF) are T50M TNFRSF1A HEK-293.
