From: KIAA1199 as a potential diagnostic biomarker of rheumatoid arthritis related to angiogenesis
The effect of KIAA1199 expression on fibroblast-like synoviocyte (FLS) cell proliferation detected by MTT assay. FLS cells isolated from synovial tissue were transfected with scrambled siRNA, KIAA1199 siRNA duplex, pcDNA3.2DEST and pcDNA3.2DEST-KIAA1199 for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h at 37 °C. Cell viability was determined by MTT. All experiments were performed at least in triplicates.
