Clinical evaluation of patients before and after immunosuppressive treatment. Serum creatine kinase (CK) levels decreased for all patients post-treatment (a). At the group level, Functional Index (FI) increased from 50.7 % (median) to 78.1 % post-treatment (n = 12) (b).
