Dickkopf (DKK)1 mRNA expression is synergistically induced by IL-17A plus TNF in fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS). DKK1 mRNA expression by qRT-PCR in FLS treated with IL-17A (50 ng/ml), TNF (10 ng/ml), or IL-17A plus TNF in combination for 10 or 24 hours.
