Change from baseline in percentage forced vital capacity (FVC%) at 6 months in the mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) and cyclophosphamide (CYC) groups: 68.57 %, 28.57 % and 2.85 % of patients in the CYC group had increased, decreased and unchanged FVC% respectively, and 78.26 %, 17.39 % and 4.35 % of patients in the MMF group had increased, decreased and unchanged FVC% after 6 months of treatment
