Transforming growth factor-ß (TGF-ß) down-regulated basal A20 expression and prevented its induction. Confluent foreskin fibroblasts were incubated with TGF-ß2 (10 ng/ml or indicated concentrations) or ultrapure lipolysaccharide (LPS) (500 ng/ml) for 24 h or indicated periods.
