Therapeutic blockade with anti-granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor α (anti-GM-CSFRα) monoclonal antibody (mAb) in antigen-induced peritonitis (AIP). Peritoneal exudate cells (PECs) were harvested from naïve mice or day 4 after AIP induction from mice treated with CAT-004 (day -1 and day 2), CAM-3003 (day -1 and day 2) and CAM-3003 (day 2) and PEC populations were analysed (FACS).
