EBV-induced TLR8 is partially mediated by TLR8. THP-1 cells were infected with EBV in a presence/absence of CL075/TLR8 agonist ligand and b,c with/without bafilomycin-A1 (BAF-A1). Proteins were assayed 24 h after infection and CL075/TLR8 synthetic ligand stimulation as indicated.
