Association between the number of citrullinated epitopes recognized and CCP2 levels in palindromic rheumatism (PR) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Box plots show reactivity levels of CCP2 antibody according to the number of citrullinated epitopes recognized by ACPA in PR and RA patients. Spearman’s correlation coefficient (Rho) tested the strength of this relationship. Values of Rho between 0.4 and 0.6 suggest a moderate correlation. CCP2 reactivity levels significantly correlate with the number of citrullinated epitopes recognized by ACPA in RA, but to a lesser extent in PR. Box plots show the median, percentile 25, percentile 75, minimum,and maximum. Dots represent the value of the observation of one patient. Broken lines indicate the cut-off value.
