Correlations between marker levels. Correlations between all markers except for myeloperoxidase (MPO)-antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) were analyzed in the 169 patients with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV) before treatment. Correlations between each of the markers and MPO-ANCA were analyzed in the 137 MPO-ANCA-positive patients. Spearman’s rank correlation coefficients for all pairs of biomarkers are shown. Background color indicates strength of association. CRP C-reactive protein, LRG1 Leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein 1, MMP9 Matrix metalloproteinase 9, TIMP1 Tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1, TKT Transketolase, TNC Tenascin C
