Cytokine tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α was produced from BMDMs of Csf1r⁺155Tg/Tg (KI) and Csf1r⁻155Tg/Tg (WT) mice with MSU stimulation. a Bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) from miR-155 KI and WT mice were cultured for 7 days, and the purity and number of BMDMs were analyzed by flow cytometry.
