Neutrophil migratory changes following high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Neutrophils were migrated toward chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand CXCL-8 and assessed pre- and post-HIIT for 10 weeks for overall chemotactic accuracy, known as the chemotactic index (a); directional speed, known as chemotaxis (b); and overall speed, known as chemokinesis (c).
