Janus kinase 2/signal transducer and activation of transcription 3 (JAK2/STAT3) phosphorylation in granulocyte–macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF)-stimulated neutrophils. Neutrophils from a healthy subject and a patient with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were pretreated with tofacitinib for 30 min and then stimulated with GM-CSF (10 ng/mL) for 20 min.
