Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) secretions from neutrophils isolated from healthy subjects and patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Neutrophils (1 × 106/mL) derived from patients with RA (n = 3) or healthy subjects (n = 3) were incubated with or without granulocyte–macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) (10 ng/mL) for 24 h. IL-1β levels in supernatants of neutrophils stimulated with GM-CSF (10 ng/mL) were assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Values were represented as mean ± standard deviation.
