PECAM-1 incubation decreased antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-induced respiratory burst of neutrophils. Neutrophil respiratory burst detected by DHR assay was performed after proteinase-3 (PR3)-ANCA immunoglobulin (Ig)G incubation for 1 h. Neutrophils treated with phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) were employed as positive control. Bars denote means ± SD of Rhodamine 123 expression (mean fluorescence intensity; MFI). *p < 0.05.
